Listed below you will find our current selection of showroom and factory second beds: Regal: This was a Queen set that we used as a display model on the showroom floor for four months. Retail: $750, now $675. 10 year warranty and 1 year satisfaction guarantee. Item #1165-4050 and #1165-6050. USR 750 Stripe: This is a Queen set with a 616 spring in the mattress. Built very close to a Regal, with a change to firmer panels, plus an edge support upgrade. Paired with matching powerstack box. Retail: $785, now $625. 10 year warranty and 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Item #6184003-4050 and #1840-6050. 616 USR One: This model was built to use some excess spring units. It is a one sided, medium firmness mattress over a coil-on-coil box spring. Retail: $800, now $495. 5 year warranty and ninety day satisfaction guarantee. Item # 616608-1550 and 616501-5050. Pet Bed: This bed/cushion is made with 3.5" of high density foam and a removable zipper cover. It is 30" x 36" in size. Originally $150, now $40. These are pieces of foam, latex or memory foam that have either been gently used (in our beds) or are cosmetically not perfect. When we produce our mattresses we sometimes have panel material that will show cosmetic flaws or blemishes. We choose not to use these flawed panels on our finished product. However, they are offered for sale at a discount. These make great mattress pads or can be put on the floor for pet cushions. From
time to time a Mattress Mill sleep system returns to us when a customer utilizes our
Satisfaction Guarantee. We sell these returns in
good to excellent condition, at significant discounts. Each set will typically carry a reduced warranty and satisfaction guarantee. For
